Here at Murphy Mechanical Rebuilds we specialize in emergency Cooling Tower and gearbox repair. We have a dedicated machinist and a welder, affording us the capability to manufacture and repair equipment in house much quicker and more affordably than ordering all new parts. We keep inventory on hand for most cooling tower gearboxes, rebuilt and ready to be installed at your request. Additionally we keep most bearings, seals, gears, pulleys, belts, fasteners and gaskets on hand to ensure timely turnaround of your equipment should one not be readily available. Our Specialty Alignment services include Optical, Laser and Borescope alignment. We offer both in-shop and on-site Dynamic balancing as well.
